Holiday Delivery: To help assure on-time delivery during the holiday season order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, a Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, a Fathers Day,.During this times items will be left at the door if no one is at home.

Please call recipient to make sure they have received their arrangement.

If you order by 2pmin the recipients time zone.we can typically deliver the flowers the same day monday through friday. For same day service on the weekend please order by 12:00 pm on saturday..

High schools do not accept deliveries for students.

Please send teacher gifts to the high school and any student ordersto their residence.Orders to high schools should be placed early caise they usually must received by 2pm.

The delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return,or leave a message for recipient to call us.

If the recipient address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address.there is a $15 dollars address correction fee.We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the costumer.If such a delivery is made,the costumer assumes responsability for the entire purchase..

If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery,you may be held liable for the cost off the gift.

The message that you writte in the card message field is the message that is sent with the gift.We dont include any billing information with your order.
